George Galanopoulos

George started his aviation career 35 years ago, working as a flying instructor and eventually becoming a commercial pilot. As airline flying was not of interest to him, he decided to embark onto a career in business aviation, starting with a small air taxi company and eventually evolving into London Executive Aviation. Over the next 20 years, the company grew to become one of the largest business aircraft operators in the U.K, with a high profile clientele including leaders of industry, major corporations, Royalty and Government departments.
In 2014 LEA became part of Luxaviation Group, with bases throughout the world and an expanding fleet of some 200 aircraft.
George today is the CEO of Luxaviation UK and sits in many industry panels and advisory boards. He is a big advocate of social media, spreading the word of business aviation to the world and inspiring the younger generation to join the industry.

Finn Quinlan

Finn Quinlan is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer at Fleetcraft, a London-based aerospace technology company transforming aircraft maintenance through intelligent workflow automation. Under his leadership, Fleetcraft enables maintenance teams to reduce turnaround times by eliminating manual documentation, enhancing technician efficiency and refocusing attention on the core task of repair.
A mechanical engineer by training, Finn began his career working on Ireland’s first two satellite missions – EIRSAT-1 and GIFTS – where he contributed to the design, testing, and validation of thermal systems for spaceflight. His work played a key role in advancing Ireland’s capabilities in satellite development and earned recognition from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
Finn holds both a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin (UCD), where he was twice awarded the Mechanical Engineering Scholarship. He also completed a year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, deepening his expertise in aerospace systems and international engineering collaboration.
Driven by a passion for technical innovation and operational efficiency, Finn founded Fleetcraft to bring space-grade precision to aviation maintenance. Today, he continues to bridge the worlds of aerospace engineering and technology entrepreneurship, pioneering solutions that redefine how aircraft are maintained, repaired, and kept flying safely.

Antonia Gilbert’s distinguished career in business aviation has started in 2008 and has ever since navigated her across the entire sector. With 17 years dedicated to Sales, Operations, Charter, Customer Support, Maintenance, FBO, and culminating with her role at the OEM Gulfstream, Antonia has attained a comprehensive understanding of the aviation business. Her re-election as president of the Austrian Business Aviation Association in 2024 and her pivotal role in its expansion have further enriched Antonia’s diverse professional portfolio. Since 1st of April 2024, Antonia has been acting Chief Commercial Officer at MJET, a boutique business jet operator based in Vienna, and drives business development and the company’s commercial strategy.

With over 35 years of expertise in business aviation engineering and operations, Paul has been instrumental in modernising engineering processes, securing approvals for leading business aircraft platforms, and driving digital innovation—most recently through the roll‑out of ELMS competence and compliance systems across multiple sites.
Before joining Gama Aviation in 2020, Paul held senior roles including Vice‑President of Technical Operations at Qatar Executive, where he oversaw fleet airworthiness and operational reliability, and founded Kinch Aviation, a maintenance support consultancy. Ben Newman is Head of Commercial for the Inflite Group, having joined the company in January 2024 following a distinguished career as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Air Force. During his time in the RAF, Ben undertook an operational tour in Afghanistan, where he further developed his leadership and organisational skills, managing vital operations in challenging environments.
Since moving into the private sector, Ben has focused his efforts on Inflite the Jet Centre, one of the Group’s leading companies, and has quickly become a highly valued and driven member of the team.
