Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an MBA, an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate, commercial pilot certificate, and AS9100 Lead Auditor certificate.

Martin’s career has spanned 50 years working in the aviation industry, a graduate from Portsmouth Polytechnic and a Sperry Vivkes student apprentice his first years were spent as an Applications Engineer working on new aircraft projects across Europe and Asia. This involved helping the airframe companies to develop thier hydraulic systems around Vickers products and technology. Substantial success across all sectors, military business and commercial aircraft. Joined GEC Marconi in 1991 as Marketing Manager for engine control systems, and in 1994 moved to the USA to take up a new career with Quiet Technology Aerospace. Developed noise reduction ‘Hush Kits’ for commercial and business aviation, major success on the Gulfstream GII/III aircraft with Stage 3 noise levels met and 130 aircraft upgraded. This led in 2016 to the company launching a series of Inlet cowl and Thrust reverser upgrades to eliminate in service corrosion. Responsible for the design and certification of 9 Inlet STC’s and a major Thrust Reverser upgrade for all HTF7000 powered aircraft. Now with 900 plus upgraded products in service eliminating expensive maintenance and replacement costs and continuing to expand.

Finn Quinlan is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer at Fleetcraft, a London-based aerospace technology company transforming aircraft maintenance through intelligent workflow automation. Under his leadership, Fleetcraft enables maintenance teams to reduce turnaround times by eliminating manual documentation, enhancing technician efficiency and refocusing attention on the core task of repair.

A mechanical engineer by training, Finn began his career working on Ireland’s first two satellite missions – EIRSAT-1 and GIFTS – where he contributed to the design, testing, and validation of thermal systems for spaceflight. His work played a key role in advancing Ireland’s capabilities in satellite development and earned recognition from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).

Finn holds both a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin (UCD), where he was twice awarded the Mechanical Engineering Scholarship. He also completed a year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, deepening his expertise in aerospace systems and international engineering collaboration.

Stuart Johnson leads the Business Development function for Resource Group’s Training Solutions business – the UK’s leading UKCAA Part-147 approved basic training provider. Having joined Resource Group in 2018, Stuart is responsible for driving the growth of the Training Solutions portfolio, shaping commercial strategy, and building high-value partnerships across its UK and global aviation maintenance network.

Stuart helps ensure that Resource Group’s training capabilities remain aligned with the evolving needs of a dynamic, safety-critical industry that continues to face significant skills shortages and retention challenges across the aviation maintenance workforce.

Stuart also oversees Resource Group’s aircraft maintenance apprenticeship product, working closely with senior stakeholders from several UK airlines and operators to develop a pipeline of new aircraft maintainers through the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and future-focused aviation training.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Swansea University.

Paul Kinch leads Gama Aviation’s Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) division, spanning operations across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. With over 25 years of expertise in business aviation engineering and operations, Paul has been instrumental in modernising engineering processes, securing approvals for leading business aircraft platforms, and driving digital innovation—most recently through the roll‑out of ELMS competence and compliance systems across multiple sites.

Before joining Gama Aviation in 2020, Paul held senior roles including Vice‑President of Technical Operations at Qatar Executive, where he oversaw fleet airworthiness and operational reliability, and founded Kinch Aviation, a maintenance support consultancy. A natural collaborator, he has built strong partnerships with OEMs and stakeholders to align MRO capabilities with evolving regulatory, client, and technological demands.

A recognised thought leader, Paul regularly speaks on MRO strategy, OEM‑independent servicing models, and future workforce development. 

With over 25 years in the aerospace and defence sector, Phill specialise in European regulatory compliance, focusing on customs controls in international aviation trade. As Customs and Technical Director at Martyn Fiddler Aviation, He leads and maintains AEO certification for two group companies, while overseeing Customs Warehouse and Inward Processing special procedures, handling over $7B in aviation assets annually across multiple jurisdictions. Supporting a diverse global client base, including commercial and business aviation, NATO defence supply chains, aircraft OEMs, MROs, and international airlines.

Noel Christen is a proven leader and accomplished executive with over three decades of experience in the aviation industry. As Vice President of Operations at Citadel Aviation since November 2018, Noel has demonstrated exceptional skill in building high-performing teams, driving customer-focused strategies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives through his Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Before joining Citadel Aviation, Noel had an impressive tenure at AAR from 2008 to 2018, where he held senior leadership roles such as Vice President of Technical Services & Development, Vice President & General Manager, and Vice President of Technical Operations.

Previously, Noel served at Bombardier Aerospace from 2005 to 2008 as an Accountable Manager.

Noel’s core strengths include expertise in Lean Process Implementation, budget development and management, quality and safety oversight, coaching and development, and performance management. His ability to lead organizations through complex challenges while fostering a collaborative culture has been a hallmark of his career.

Noel holds an MBA in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Science in Aeronautical Science from the same institution. He also completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2007. Additionally, he is an FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant License holder.

With a career defined by operational excellence, innovation, and commitment to service, Noel Christen continues to set the standard for leadership in the aviation industry.

Daniela has 20 years of experience in the business aviation industry. Within her 18 years at Honeywell Aerospace she has held various positions with growing responsibility with Business and General Aviation sales and business teams. She has a vast expertise in the Repair & Overhaul business, engines, APUs, maintenance programs, as well as avionics retrofits and modifications. Currently, Daniela is a Honeywell MSP Program Sales Leader for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.  Daniela is a Honeywell President’s Club Honoree 2017 & 2021. 

She holds Bc in Marketing Communication & Bc in English and American Studies at Charles University in Prague, CR.

Daniela is a proud mother of 3 children and a beekeeper. 

Matthew Benns is the Founder and Director of Maintenance at MBAS, bringing over 20 years of aviation industry experience to the delivery of maintenance management and consultancy for aircraft operating across Europe and the United States. In this role, he provides strategic oversight of complex operations, supports owners and operators with independent technical advisory services, and leads major initiatives including maintenance planning, pre-purchase inspections, and large-scale refurbishment projects.

With a strong technical background, he brings practical insight to maintenance strategy, solution development, cost control, and invoice scrutiny—going well beyond checklist-driven compliance. Known for his ability to align continuing airworthiness with operational reality, Matthew excels in forward-looking maintenance planning, identifying historical trends, forecasting requirements, and effectively deconflicting maintenance demands with live operations.

Lloyd Glenn is the Managing Director of Glennair Training Centre, UK CAA & EASA Part-147 approved provider of aircraft maintenance type training based at Norwich International Airport, operating worldwide.

Having taken over the family business in 2021, Lloyd leads a team delivering a range of fixed wing and rotary types.

Lloyd took the helm during the industry’s transition from traditional classroom delivery, leading Glennair through the evolution from face-to-face training to Distance Synchronous Learning during and after the pandemic, as well as licensing requirement changes following Brexit.

As a panellist on training the next generation, he brings a practical perspective on developing licensed engineers and technicians at a time when the industry faces a growing skills gap and rising demand for qualified maintenance personnel.

Julia Sinclair is the ROAM Operations Manager at Gamit Ltd, where she is responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional service by driving customer-first processes across the business.

A key contributor to the growth of ROAM (Records, Online, Asset Management), Julia has been involved throughout its technical evolution and is proud to have developed alongside the platform. ROAM supports a diverse global customer base—including commercial airlines, private operators, lessors, MROs and OEMs—by providing a comprehensive asset management solution covering aircraft transitions, compliance monitoring, and integrated CAMO services.

Julia believes that close collaboration across all departments—particularly with software development—is fundamental to the ongoing operational success of ROAM.

Coming from an aviation maintenance family, Julia has always had a strong interest in the industry. This passion extends into her personal life through travel and a continued fascination with the engineering and innovation that make flight possible.

Mark Thickbroom is an accomplished aviation materials and logistics professional with more than 35 years of experience across engineering, parts management, procurement, and global supply chain operations. Since joining GAMIT / AMAC in 2015, he has played a key role in delivering complex aviation components — including engines, APUs, and landing gear — on time and within budget.

Beginning his career through an aeronautical engineering apprenticeship working on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, Mark developed a strong technical foundation that evolved into senior leadership roles in materials management and logistics across both commercial and military aviation sectors. His expertise spans aviation materials, project management, purchasing, sales, aircraft lease delivery and return, and international client and supplier management.

Mark is also highly experienced in legal contract writing, review, and negotiation, bringing a commercial and operational perspective to complex aviation agreements. Known for his reliability, industry knowledge, and global network, he has built a proven track record of leading high-performing materials and logistics operations throughout the aviation industry.

Christophe Haeffelin serves as Director of Operations and Maintenance Manager Post Holder (EASA Part-145) at Nomad Technics, the maintenance and refurbishment division of Nomad Aviation. He oversees all operational activities, including aircraft maintenance, production, planning, supply chain, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring full compliance with EASA Part-145 regulatory requirements.

With more than 25 years of experience in engineering, aircraft maintenance, and production management—including over 15 years in VVIP business aviation — Christophe has successfully led numerous complex aircraft maintenance, modification, and cabin completion programs. His expertise spans operational leadership, industrialization, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-value projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Christophe is dedicated to driving innovation, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional value to customers in the business aviation industry.

Before joining Nomad Technics, he held senior engineering leadership positions at AMAC Aerospace, where he managed Production Engineering (Part 21J/G), VVIP aircraft modification programs, and material testing laboratories.

Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Littoral Côte d’Opale in France. 

Tim is Director of Customer Relations for Embraer Executive Jets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With over 25 years in aviation, Tim brings a deep technical background and a passion for customer service to the executive aviation space.

He began his career as a licensed avionics technician in 1998, working on aircraft such as the BAe146, Fokker 70/100, and Airbus A320. His career has spanned roles at Air UK, Vueling, and KLM Cityhopper before joining Embraer in 2015 as a Field Service Representative. Today, he leads customer relations across the EMEA region, drawing on a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic insight.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling, watching sports, farming, and spending time with his family.

Adrian Leung is Sales Director – Europe at Rolls-Royce, responsible for driving commercial growth, customer engagement, and market development for the company’s aftermarket service offering within the European business aviation market.

With more than eight years at Rolls-Royce, Adrian has held a range of commercial roles across business and commercial aviation. Prior to his current position, he served as Account Manager within the Lessors team, managing relationships with leading engine and aircraft lessors and financiers, and negotiating complex agreements supporting widebody engine programmes.

Earlier in his career, Adrian worked in aviation market analysis and forecasting, supporting long-term strategic planning, growth forecasts and delivering data-driven insights that informed aftermarket strategy and commercial decision-making.

Combining technical understanding with commercial leadership, he focuses on building long-term customer partnerships, advancing value-based aftermarket solutions, and shaping the future of engine maintenance in business aviation. His experience across sales, account management, and market intelligence provides a strong perspective on how aviation businesses can create value, enhance asset performance, and strengthen customer relationships in an evolving market.

Christian Schusser is the CEO and founder of Q.C.M. design GmbH, an EASA-approved Part 21J Design Organisation (DOA). With over 25 years in the aviation industry, including roles as Quality Manager, Chief of Office Airworthiness, and CVE, Christian brings deep technical knowledge and leadership to every project.

Since founding QCM Design in 2013, he has fostered a culture of creativity and precision, where each project is met with tailored solutions that transform customers’ design ideas into certified reality.

Under his leadership, QCM Design has grown from a one-person operation to a dynamic team of 16, delivering over 1,000 successful projects and STCs. Christian’s strong industry network, deep technical expertise, and strategic mindset continue to drive the organization’s growth and its reputation for excellence.

Keith has been working in business aviation for more than 30 years and have significant experience as a licenced engineer, helicopter and business jet sales, jet charter brokerage, aircraft and yacht management for a UHNW individual, MRO maintenance sales and finally aircraft avionics and cabin upgrade sales.

Keith is currently working for Collins Aerospace and is responsible for customer and Collins dealer engagement across more than 25 countries, working closely with regional operators and owners to secure avionics modernisation, connectivity and aircraft upgrade solutions that improve operational capability, regulatory compliance, safety and long-term asset value.

Drawing on a career that began with technical training at RAF Halton and 12 years working on the Chinooks, Keith has been able to combine a sound technical background with strong commercial focus. Keith likes to help aircraft owners and operators navigate complex investment decisions involving flight deck modernisation, connectivity solutions, mandates, and aircraft lifecycle management.

Keith is passionate about business aviation and helping owners to maximise the benefits of their asset.

Salwa Paesano serves as director, Parts Sales International at Textron Aviation, where she drives strategic growth through customer-centric initiatives, market development and strong cross-functional alignment, supporting operators and maintenance organizations in a dynamic global market. She leads the team responsible for the aftermarket parts and distribution business across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Salwa joined Textron Aviation in 2017 as a regional sales associate and went on to serve as parts sales manager before stepping into her current role. With more than 10 years of experience in the aviation aftermarket, she brings deep expertise in spare parts supply, with a focus on expanding market share, strengthening partner ecosystems and delivering sustainable performance.

Salwa holds a degree in electrical engineering from Polytech Lille in France.

Outside of work, Salwa enjoys spending quality time with her family, with whom she shares a passion for music and often attends concerts. She also enjoys baking, hiking and exploring history. Guided by the motto “make the most of every moment,” she brings curiosity and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Christian Steward is an Account Director at Viasat, where he works with partners to deliver advanced connectivity solutions to business aircraft around the world. He has more than 25 years of experience across the aviation and defence industries, including the last decade specialising in aircraft satellite connectivity.

Holding a degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield University, he combines technical expertise with commercial insight and a deep understanding of aviation operations. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships across the industry, helping customers solve complex challenges and adopt innovative technologies.

In business aviation, the company provides a seamless connectivity experience powered by a global Ka-band and L-band satellite network, including JetXP, its next-generation in-flight connectivity service trusted on thousands of private jets worldwide.

Adam Belusko is Partner and Global Head of Development at Avtrac International, a technical asset management firm founded in 1992 with more than 650 aircraft transitions and thousands of assets managed. His work centers on the disciplines that determine an aircraft’s technical value and airworthiness: CAMO, records integrity, aircraft transitions, and distressed asset recovery. A recognized voice on the industry stage, Adam delivered an ISTAT AeroTalk at ISTAT Americas 2026 on the role of communication during repossession events, and has spoken at Airline Economics conferences and the Shannon Investor & Leasing Conference (SILC). Through his “Lessons Learned in Aviation” newsletter, he shares practical perspective on asset management, records discipline, and corporate development for a global audience. He brings more than 20 years of leadership across highly regulated industries.

Nick has spent 45 years in commercial aviation, including extensive senior management, technical and marketing roles with BAC 1-11, Jetstream, ATP, Avro RJ/BAe146 regional airliners at BAE Systems and at AI(R) a JV with ATR, based in Weybridge, Prestwick (Scotland), Washington DC and Toulouse.

Nick served for 9 years as an elected Board Member of the European Regions Airline Association.

He was part of the team that helped create Aero International Regional (AI(R)), a Joint Venture with the Franco-Italian turboprop airliner manufacturer ATR based in Toulouse.

Latterly served in Derby, England as Marketing Director – Civil Aviation for Data Systems & Solutions, a Rolls-Royce subsidiary, supporting worldwide market and product strategies for DS&S’ range of web-based predictive services, engine health monitoring and electronic techlogs for the aviation marketplace.

Nick was appointed as Business Development Director of Commsoft in May 2008 and 2 years later was promoted to Managing Director, with responsibility for winning new customer business, successfully growing the customer base, partnerships and services worldwide for the OASES MRO IT system.

Nick left Commsoft OASES in April 2020 and has been offering marketing consultancy and support for aviation maintenance and operations conferences since then.

Warren Lovell serves as the Vice President of Aircraft Sales for Europe and Africa at Leviate Air Group, a leading global aviation services company. Stationed in Leviate’s new London office, Warren spearheads aircraft sales operations, forges strategic partnerships, and oversees the acquisition of premium aircraft for resale in the international market, all while expanding Leviate’s global footprint.

With extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, Warren is a respected member of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) International Council, where he contributes to enhancing global aircraft sales standards and practices.
