About BizAv Media Ltd

BizAv Media Ltd was launched in January 2017 by Max Raja and Tony Harrington. The BAM team have more than twenty-five years of experience producing top quality editorial and developing branding for the business aviation sector. BAM is all about providing the sector with both a market leading quarterly publication and a tremendous branding and marketing opportunity for our clients across the industry.

We focus on delivering market-leading editorial that embraces the whole of business aviation. Each issue features interviews with the leading CEOs in the sector, along with special features on key industry segments, plus high net worth individual interviews. We’ll also be reaching out to the high net worth community with a range of exciting lifestyle and business features, where these follow on naturally from the business and leisure use of private jets.

The BAM Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter Issues coincide with ABACE, EBACE, NBAA & MEBAA.

Max Raja has deep and long-standing connections to high net worth individuals worldwide. Having been in the private jet sector for 14 years, Max has built strong relationships with many of the leading executives across all sectors of business aviation. He’s a highly experienced marketeer who understands branding and the importance of securing great returns and benefits for clients. His leadership has helped shape BAM into the leading quarterly magazine in the industry and has won support for the publication around the globe.
Anthony Harrington
Editorial Director
Anthony's career in journalism goes back longer than he feels comfortable remembering. A two time journalist-of-the-year winner, and with multiple short-list nominations, his philosophy remains: "You're only as good as your last feature..." He has interviewed many of the sector's leading figures. In the process he has built up a deep knowledge of all facets of the industry with a particular focus on what it takes to succeed in what is undoubtedly one of the world's most demanding sectors. He also writes regularly for newspapers and financial publications on investment, pension and business issues. He is 100% committed to making and keeping BAM the benchmark journal for business aviation.
Noel Barton
Creative Director
Noel has a degree in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications and a vast and varied history of commercial experience. He's designed for large corporations such as Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, ASDA, Marks & Spencer, JCB and the NHS and is now excited to bring his creative and technical expertise to BizAv Media Ltd. He's responsible for the design and layout of BAM magazine, as well as the creation and updating of this website and social media.
Harley Khan
Sales Director
Harley returns to the aviation publishing industry after a stint working for a large exhibition venue. He joins the BizAV Media team with 7 years' experience working on and leading teams within exhibitions, conferences, print media and digital advertising, as well as functional experience within sales, marketing, event management, and conference producing. Having worked on B2B events within Pharmaceutical Logistics, Commercial Aviation, and Air Cargo, he brings with him a deep knowledge of the event management lifecycle as well as a keen affection for the aviation industry.
Roger Baker
Business Development Director
Over the last 30 years, Roger has spent 20 of them hard at work connecting clients and audiences together through the medium of advertising. With experience in sectors ranging from high end construction to high technology, and from the defence sector to business aviation, his ability to connect the dots is something that will be put to good use for our clients and partners. Always happy to guide marketing and communications strategies he looks forward to helping us help you.

Sales Executive
Elle brings a wealth of sales experience to BizAv Media. She has worked with national newspapers, numerous publication titles across several industry sectors, leading designer boutiques and car showrooms. She's dedicated, hardworking and has a proven track record which makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Jane Stanbury
Global Luxury Travel Correspondent
Jane has over 30 years’ professional experience working in the media, communications, business aviation, and travel sectors. She has run and sold two successful companies, including a luxury travel business, and with a first-class MBA under her belt, launched her third business Arena Grp in January 2017. She has travelled the world twice and has lived and worked in London, New York, Mallorca, Japan and Montreal, which brings an international perspective to her approach. Driven by a desire to explore and discover, Jane is always seeking out new destinations, experiences and locations to share with BAM’s audience.

The last two years have been outstanding for Gogo Business Aviation. The company has grown at a tremendous rate – over 26% year on year for 2015, with the 2016 figures yet to be released, but generally expected to show similarly strong and sustained growth. And now, as Gogo Business Aviation’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, Sergio Aguirre, notes, the company is about to underscore the fact that it is a global, rather than just a US player. To this end, Gogo will be making a major announcement at EBACE about its new, global 2Ku-band network, which adds hugely to its well-known air-to-ground (AtG) communications offering. The AtG network transformed the cost structure for cabin connectivity in both commercial and private jets, and the 2Ku network will enable Gogo to extend its services globally while driving down connectivity costs for passengers on private jets as well as for commercial
